In accordance with Illinois statutory requirements, contracts and financial reports are maintained on file and available for public review through the Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Charitable Trust Bureau.
Indiana residents may obtain registration documentation and financial disclosures from the Indiana Secretary of State and the Charitable Division. The Foundation complies with all federal regulations governing tax-exempt organizations, including IRS reporting standards and donor acknowledgment requirements.
